It’s a time travel action/adventure in which a killer lives in the present but works for a mob in the future. Star Joseph Gordon-Levitt adds that the victims get zapped back to the past where a Looper assassinates them. Co-star Emily Blunt says the Looper lives a rock’ n’ roll existence. However, as Johnson explains, our Looper’s life gets complicated when his future self (Bruce Willis) comes back to the past to kill him. Looks like the genre sleeper of the year.
